Barril Tonel Corote de Carvalho Nacional, modelo de 5 Lts, aros de metal inox.
Perfeito para envelhecimento de bebidas, como Whisky, Scotch, Cachaça, Vinhos e etc. Além de servir como bela peça de decoração.
O processo de envelhecimento de bebidas, consiste no armazenamento em barris de madeira, provocando assim, reações químicas que alteram o sabor, o aroma e até mesmo a cor da bebida.

Material: Madeira de Carvalho Nacional
Acompanha: Tampa, Torneira cromada plastico e Suporte madeira pinus
::INSTRUÇÕES:: Monte seu barril, colocando as partes soltas (torneira, tampa e suporte), e então encha-o com água. Deixe-o de 15 a 20 dias com água, para madeira inchar, evitando assim o vazamento.
Se acontecer vazamento, NÃO se assuste, pois ele só deixará de vazar se estiver encharcado, ou seja, ele ainda precisa de mais um tempo com água para madeira inchar.
Após o tempo com água, se ainda não possuir a bebida ( Cachaça, Whisky, etc), deixe-o sempre cheio com água, para evitar ressecamento, caso já possuir a bebida, retire a água e abasteça-o com a bebida.
::OBS:: O tempo necessário para o envelhecimento da bebida varia de acordo com o seu gosto, porém, o tempo mais utilizado é de 30 dias. Mesmo assim, insistimos para que você deixe pelo tempo que julgar necessário.
::CUIDADOS:: Mantenha fora do sol e do vento.
NÃO coloque seu barril na água para encharcá-lo, somente coloque água DENTRO do barril vazio.
Sempre que for mudar de bebida, o ideal é que se enxágue o barril tanto por dentro, quanto por fora, com água quente, e depois com água em temperatura ambiente, para evitar a mudança indesejada, causada pela bebida antiga, na bebida nova.
Se perceber que o barril está seco, mesmo com bebida dentro, NÃO o coloque em baixo da água, somente passe um pano úmido por fora.

Preencha o barril de água até a boca por pelo menos 20 dias. Você deve abrir o barril e ir recolocando a água durante os dias conforme ela for evaporando. Após este processo as frestas estarão fechadas e o seu barril estará pronto pra primeira cachaça. É recomendado que a primeira cachaça seja de baixa qualidade (ou até álcool etílico) pois o barril também precisa se acostumar com uma solução alcoólica e para o gosto de madeira nova não ficar tão forte na cachaça.
Após 15 dias jogue a cachaça fora e aí sim você pode colocar uma cachaça branca de boa qualidade para aproveitar a característica de cada tipo de madeira.
Num barril pequeno de 2 a 6 litros você não precisa deixar a cachaça envelhecer por mais de 1 ano e meio, pois como o barril é menor a cachaça já está em constante contato.
Não é indicado deixar o barril em ambientes de churrasqueira com muito calor ou até mesmo no sol, assim a madeira irá ressecar e a sua cachaça vai evaporar. Prefira ambientes mais úmidos e com abrigo de sol, mesmo tomando este cuidado você ainda terá uma perda de 10% a 15% do líquido que for colocado dentro. Isso é normal!
