Hidratação: Não é necessário hidratar o barril, pois ele já chega pronto para o uso. Caso não tenha a bebida pronta para abastecer o barril, coloque água até que a bebida esteja disponível, para evitar que o barril seque.

Armazenamento: Para evitar vazamentos, é recomendado manter o nível da bebida sempre acima de 50%. Reabasteça assim que o nível cair.

Secagem: Se o barril secar por algum motivo, basta colocar água dentro dele para hidratar a madeira novamente. Em até 72 horas, estará pronto para receber sua bebida.
